Due to high demand for appointments and to simplify the process for you, we require prepayment for booking appointments (unless you have a Rowan County Voucher or are coming through a Rescue Group). We accept VISA, MC, or Discover over the phone when booking. No sales tax is added; however, a 3% CC processing charge is applied to card payments. Cash payments in-person to book appts are also available at a 3% reduced rate. If you need to cancel your appt, please give us 24hrs notice so that we may reschedule. Cancellations without notice may incur a cancellation fee. *
